The Hellenic Republic is in the process of evaluating the most appropriate method for exploiting management and other rights in ports and marinas (other than the 12 ports that are in the form of Societe Anonyme and their respective marinas).
The HR’s objective is to establish an extensive network of groups/clusters of ports and marinas which will be subsequently monetized, primarily on the basis of concession agreements, through a series of transactions.
