The HRADF is administered by the Board of Directors (BoD) consisting of five members and appointed by a decision at General Shareholder's Meeting decision, published in the Greek Government Gazette, for a three-year term, renewable for an equal period of time.
In addition, two representatives appointed by the Eurozone member states and the European Commission are entitled to participate in the Fund's Board Meetings as observers, without voting rights.
The Fund’s operation is also supported by a Council of Experts, persons of wide acclaim, distinguished for their scientific training and professional experience in the technical, economic or legal sector. These are appointed by a decision of the company’s BoD for a three-year term, renewable for an equal period of time.

Stelios Stavridis, (President and Chairman of the Board)
Stelios Stavridis holds a Masters degree in Mechanical Engineering from ETH Zurich, with postgraduate studies in Business Administration and Economics. He speaks fluently English, French, German, Italian and Spanish.
He is the Chairman of TAIPED (Hellenic Republic Asset Development Fund). He has a long and successful career as a CEO in leading Greek companies including Lavipharm Group, Aegeon Textile Industry, Heracles-Lafarge Cement Industry, Hellenic Petroleum Corporation, Hellenic Aspropyrgos Refinery and EYDAP S.A. being the Chairman and CEO until April 1st 2013. His rich business background also includes extensive international business experience in various countries.
Stelios Stavridis has been honored in 2006 with the Greek Quality Leader of the Year award, by the European Organization for Quality.
In 1991 he founded Ideales Group, who is the proud recipient of many awards for its business ethics, its working environment and CSR practices. Piscines Ideales was awarded for 3 consecutive years (2007, 2008, 2009) as Best Workplace in Greece and as the European Best Workplace in 2009.

Yiannis Emiris, Chief Executive Officer
Ioannis Emiris was born in Athens in 1963. He is a graduate of the Athens School of Economic Sciences and Business Administration and holds an MBA degree from Columbia Business School, as well as a degree of Certified Public Accounting in the United States. We has worked as a certified public accountant in Price Waterhouse in New York, while from 1991 he has been working in the field of Investment Banking in Alpha Bank. From 2004 till July 2012 he was heading the Investment Banking and Project Finance division of Alpha Bank. During his career, he has executed significant assignments in the fields of Mergers and Acquisitions, Capital Markets, Corporate and Debt Restructurings and Privatisations, as well as Project Financings for energy, infrastructure and real estate projects in Greece and internationally.
Andreas Taprantzis, Executive Director
Dr. Andreas Taprantzis has more than 20 year of management experience both as management consultant and manager. He is the former Chief Operating Officer and Retail Banking Managing Director at Hellenic Postbank, while prior to this position he was the CEO at Hellenic Post. During the 24th Universal Postal Congress in Geneva (Switzerland), he was elected Chairman of the Postal Operations Council (POC) of the Universal Postal Union (UPU) for the period 2008-2012. Dr. Taprantzis holds an MSc degree in Chemical Engineering, a PhD degree in process control systems and artificial intelligence, as well as an MBA and an Advanced Management Certificate from INSEAD.
Antonios Vartholomaios, Member of the Board
Antonios Vartholomaios has 25 years of experience mainly in the financial sector. He is the former CEO of EYDAP, the Water and Sewerage Company of Athens, and former General Director of the Euroholdings Capital & Investment S.A.
Georgios Koutsoudakis, Member of the Board
Georgios Koutsoudakis was born in Athens in 1965. He holds a BA in economics from Queen Mary College, University of London.
He has served as General Manager of Emporiki Bank in charge of Enterprises and Investment Banking. Previously he has been General Manager at Geniki Bank, Head of Corporate & Investment Banking and also an Executive of ETEVA (NBG Group) and Alpha Finance (Alpha Bank Group).
During his career, he has executed a wide range of Capital Markets, Restructuring, Advisory and Merger and Acquisition advisory projects. He has also served as a member of various Boards of Directors.
Aris Kallipolitis, Member of the Board
Aris Kallipolitis was born in Athens. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree from the Department of Physics and Mathematics of the University of Athens, a Master’s Degree from the Sorbonne University (Paris), a Ph.D. Doctoral Thesis from Athens University, Diploma in Business Administration from the Business Administration Institute of Paris. Scientific research for five years at the University of Paris and the Ecole Superieure de Chimie. Executive in enterprises in the private and public sector.
