Xenia Skiathos

XENIA SKIATHOS was built under the nation-wide hotel program initiated by the Hellenic Tourism Organization in order to improve the country’s tourism infrastructure in the 1960s and 1970s. The Hotel was built in 1963 by the Architect G. Nikoletopoulos, has built a area of 2,550 sq.m. and hosting capacity of 64 beds, while it has been partially characterized as a listed building, due to its distinct architecture
