Coastal property at the Loutra village in Kythnos island, at a distance of 100 m from the sea. The XENIA hotel and the listed-historical complex of the first modern Hydrotherapy center in Greece and unique in the Cycladic region have been developed on the landplot. The buildings of the Hydrotherapy center - at the personal interest of Queen Amalia - had been designed and built around the mid-19th century by architects Hansen, Laurent and Ziller.

On the landplot we find the two recognised thermal springs, the saline one of Agioi Anargyroi and the ferrous one of Kakkavou. Between the property and the beach, there is a building block which has been designated a common use green area, leaving open the view to the sea from the XENIA and the Hydrotherapy center. The island of Kythnos is an important tourist destination of the Cycladic islands, at a small distance from Attica, with significant tourism and residential growth in recent years.

The property within the village of Loutra is located 13 km from the Mericha port of Kythnos and 5 km from the island’s Chora. The property is mainly accessed via the Loutra-Chora provincial road. The island of Kythnos is connected by coastal shipping with the ports of Lavrio and Piraeus, 1.5 and 3 hours away respectively, and with the islands of Syros, Serifos, Sifnos, Milos and Santorini. Kythnos has a helipad at a 2.5 km distance from the Loutra village.

The exact location and boundaries of the property are shown on the Google map.
