Property on a slope, with unobstructed view to the “Ververontas” area of the Porto Heli village in Argolida. The shape of the landplot is an elongated polygon. The side of the landplot closest to the sea has a length of around 1600 m, and its distance from it ranges between 300 to 500 meters. The largest part of the landplot is covered by barren land with shrubs or no vegetation. The south part of the landplot has very gentle slopes, whereas towards its north boundaries, the slope increases, offering the possibility of unobstructed view to the mountain, sea and the Ververontas lagoon. The property is located 175 km from Athens (80 km on the National Road Network), 85 from Nafplio, 7 km from Kranidi and 135 from Tripoli. The property is located approximately 500 m. from the center of the village and 300-500 m north from the coast of the Ververontas lagoon. Boats depart from the Porto Heli port for the nearby islands of the Argosaronic (Hydra, Spetses, etc.), as well as the coast of Tyros and Leonidio across the bay.
