Its strategic location as a part of the Athens urban area and its extended land zone are its greater competitive advantages as far as its development is concerned. The Marina of Argostoli is located in the Dhrepanon district of Argostoli, the capital of Kefallonia Island in the Ionian Sea. With a capacity of 190 berths and a land area of 46.000 m2 (including dry docking and yacht maintenance areas), the marina occupies 26.040 m2 of sea/coastal area.
The marina of Chios is located on the northern side of the coastal zone of the municipality of Chios. The marina offers today 200 berths for yachts up to 30 meters of length. The land area of the marina is 27.000m2. The tender procedure for the selection of the preferred investor for the concession of the marina of Chios will commence within 2017.
